Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Process: Clients are required to book the studio at least two weeks in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total studio fee. Clients must provide full contact details, including phone number and email address, at the time of booking. 2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% of the fee must be paid on the day of the session before the session begins. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. All payments must be in Brazilian Real (BRL). 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit. In the rare case of studio-initiated cancellations, clients will receive a full refund of the deposit or can reschedule the session at no additional cost. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their booking once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 3 days before the original session date. Any further rescheduling requests will incur a 10% administrative fee. 5. Studio Usage: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Any delay on the client’s part will reduce the total session time. Any session that runs beyond the booked time will incur additional hourly charges. Clients are responsible for any damages to studio equipment during their session. Any damaged equipment must be paid for or replaced at the client’s expense. 6. Guests and Attendees: A maximum of 3 guests are allowed to accompany the client during the session. All guests must adhere to studio rules and regulations. The studio reserves the right to terminate the session without a refund if any attendee exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior. 7. Health and Safety: Clients and guests must adhere to all health protocols in place at the time of the booking, including mask-wearing and social distancing. Clients are expected to leave the studio in a clean and orderly condition. Any additional cleaning required may result in an extra fee. 8. Media and Recordings: Clients retain full ownership of their recordings. Vila do Sossego and The CoLabs, Inc. reserves the right to use short snippets (with the client’s consent) of recordings for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 9. Liability: The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings
